All circuits are busy now Please try your call again later

Hi,

When I try to dial a turned off cell phone without a voice mail, I receive ‘All circuits are busy now, Please try your call again later’.

When I’m dialing this number from another cell phone, I’m getting a default message from the provider ‘This mobile phone is currently unavailable, please try again later’.

Is there a way I can get a more specific message (message from the provider) in this kinds of situations?

Best regards

check your outbound dialling rules.

Are you getting through to a cell that’s switched on?

When the same phone (number) is switched on, it’s just working fine.

So I guess this has nothing to with dialing rules…

Hello,

I get the same message ‘all circuits are busy…’, when i try to make external calls.
Calls within the organization can be done without any problem, but when we try to call outside, its when we get that message.

Can you please assist on this.

thank you

As far as calling a turned off cell phone, the cell phone provider is send back a message that your system is interpreting as a trunks busy signal along with the voice message. Not really sure how you would work around that.

Now the second poster with the “all circuits busy” could be a myriad of things. Anything from trunks really being busy, improperly registered trunks, improperly programmed outbound routes, the list just goes on and on. You can begin to sort this out by looking at your logs.
