This is non-critical issue but has been ongoing for some time. I presume this is expected behaviour, but would like to improve upon it.
Any outoging calls from our PBX that are unanswered after a number of seconds or which are engaged (busy) are met with a message saying “All Circuits are Busy”, which is confusing to users.
This same message is presented if a trunk connection has failed for example which is a different category of error.
Is there a way of presenting an engaged tone “beep beep beep” when busy and an alternative message on no answer?
