All calls to specific extension go to VM

Hi,

I have an extension (275) that whenever called goes straight to voicemail with the message “On the phone”. I have tried changing voicemail destinations and it forwards to other extensions and stuff properly - however when it just tries to ring normally it won’t.

I have tried the following troubleshooting steps:
-Delete/Recreate Extension
-Check if IP phone is on DND (Was not)
-Check if DND was enabled on the FreePBX server (Was not)

It can forward to external numbers too, just won’t ring the IP phone. The IP phone has two lines on it, ext. 275 and 2050. 2050 rings fine, 275 won’t ring.

Any help would be awesome.

Do a sip show peers and paste the 2 lines for x2050 and x275.
