So, I believe this is due to some cert problems.
I accidentally deleted certs in the GUI and now I cant do anything I get the ajax error everywhere 
I installed in GUI mode. Another PC running Firefox for Administration, The error “Ajax broken or aborted” came up after a few minutes on Firefox. I had to press “space” to wake the PC? and after logging in as a non-root user the Ajax error discontinued.
I was installing FreepBX 17 using the new User recommendation with the github script and had problems trying 5 installations. Switched to FreepBX 16 and all is well
