Agent Logged Off

Hello Team,
we’ve asterisk and freepbx GUI
lately we’ve been facing a problem, where when caller calls us it says “Agent Logged Off” at times
we’ve around 400 extensions and 10 queues
but we expect incoming calls mainly to 1 queue and that is where this problem is occuring

we’ve set agents to login using *45 to the queue and they’re dynamic agents
Also skip busy agents is turned on
Please help us out

There is something logged into a queue that shouldn’t be, probably a feature code. Running:

 asterisk -x "queue show"

Might give a clue.
