Hi All, is there a way I can see agent total idle time in a queue? For example if agent logged into the queue for 3 hours, he took 3 calls and total talk time is 30 minutes, so he was sitting idle for 2 hours and 30 minutes. Can this be seen in Queue Reports somewhere?
Not sure which queue reports tool you use. With Asternic you can.
Hi @PitzKey, I’m using QXact module.
You can also do this from the asterisk CLI with
queue show 600
where 600 is the ID of the queue.
With queue show 600 it does not show agent idle time for the whole day. We need to reflect in QXact Reports.
QXact is a commercial module. I would reach out to Sangoma for support.
