I am trying to log into the agent console.I created the agent,assigned it in queues,created campaign,created forms n others associated to it.But whenever i try to login to agent console by my SIP extension,i cant.Everytime it says,
“Cannot start agent login - (internal) getagentstatus: tcp://localhost:20005: (111) Connection refused”.
I cant find the proper solution anywhere in google.I cant find the problem.pls help me.
What software are you talking about? This doesn’t look like FreePBX

Elasix uses a modified FreePBX. You need to get help from them.
