I am using freepbx 2.11 of asterisk 11.we are in need of announcement for agent as when a call enters to a queue (finance).Before start talking with customer the agent should get the announcement of which queue this call is from. In gui there is an option called agent announcement and its working fine, …but here I made finance Queue in custom. I tried with
announce=/var/lib/asterisk/sounds/en/finance.wav in the queue settings. but its not working.
