Had a hard drive failure. Did a complete reinstall. Everything is coming through router and hitting Freepbx server. All incoming calls work (sound works both ways as it should), as well as extensions, queues, time groups, time conditions, inbound routes and inbound trunk, ring groups and all incoming routing. Problem is I cannot dial out. Receive the message “all circuits are busy now. Please try your call again later”. Spoke to my SIP Trunk provider. They said the the handshake is coming in as anonymous instead of showing my account info in order to send call. Only major change done at the same time as the reinstall is I went from Spectrum Business Class with a Static IP to Spectrum Residential with a DHCP IP.
