After ivr record a message from customer and send it after hang up to the mailbox address

i have a question:

which module could we use if we via ivr for example press key 5 to leave a voice message.

then you should hear something like: describe your problem and then hang up. Your message will be forwarded to the responsible employee.

then the message should be sent to the stored email address including the phone number that called including the recorded phone number.

Setup a voicemail box with the desired email destination and then setup an announcement in the Announcements module and set the destination as the No Message VM after playing the system recording that you want the caller to hear.
