After I got the free SIPstation trial the caller ID in the IP phone stopped working, I do not know what changed, I stopped the trial and caller ID still not working

After I got the Free SIPstation trial the caller ID stopped working, so I stopped the trial but nothing changed. I am using a PSTN (analog phone line) phone connection with Grandstream HT813 connected to it. Does anyone know what could have been changed?
