After I did upgrade from 2.5 to 2.6, I lost access to my freepbx admin GUI

it seems to be the problem with lots of users, I tried looking for a solution before posting this new thread and nothing worked for me.

a2billing*CLI> show globals

When I login with user admin and password: passw0rd, it doesn’t work.

If anyone has a fix, please post!!!

what distribution are you using and what type of authentication do you use for FreePBX?

I dont know what do you mean by authenticationc type? I Had my
freepbx installed through the fonicaproject, and everthing was working well, then after I upgraded to 2.6 from module admin, I couldn’t login with my old credentials or any credentials.

Fonica is the problem, not FreePBX.

I am surprised they have not done anything about it yet, they were pointed at the issue when they first filed a bug against it thinking there was a problem in FreePBX.

The problem is their use of mod_mysql in apache to authenticate you through apache against FreePBX tables that were migrated. You can see a posting on fixing your Fonica system here:

http://www.freepbx.org/forum/freepbx/beta-program-issues/warning-fonicaprojects-and-2-6-upgrade-tool-use-with-caution-fix-i

do they not at least have something on their forums warning users of the issue and explaining how to fix it?

100% FIXED!!!
