I have a very odd scenario, Asterisk 13.29.2, FreePBX14. It was V13 and upgraded to V14. In the process when an extension in a RG hangs up, a call that is ringing into that RG does not ring that extensions phone. Previously in V13 when the extension hung up a currently ringing call would ring that extension. Any thoughts?

Your memory is faulty, ring groups don’t work that way. Is it possible that in the past you didn’t have skip busy enabled so that busy extensions would hear the call waiting tone which changes to a ring on hangup? Otherwise you need a Queue.

No doubt my memory is faulty! I think in both cases skip busy agent was set to no
