Advance Recovery Module (Switch Service Error)

Hello,

I’m trying to implement a HA Setup of two identical FreePBX ver. 15.0.17.53 on a cloud. I have successfully setup the backup sync between the two, however, the Secondary Server seems off.

Normal state while Primary Server is Active, ‘associated server status’ under Secondary Server would show Primary = Standby / Secondary = Active.

When I click on ‘switch service’ there’s an error;

Exit Code: 255(Unknown error) Working directory: /var/www/html/admin Output: ================ Error Output: ================ Pseudo-terminal will not be allocated because stdin is not a terminal. Host key verification failed.

Has anyone been in this situation before? Appreciate your help…
