Adtran TA908e config on hosted FreePBX 17

Hello I am setting up and Adtran for the first time to our FreePBX server. The server is hosted on AWS. The issue I am having is registering the trunk in the Adtran to the PBX server. I am not sure what I am missing and any help would be greatly appreciated. The Adtran is a TA908e and I am on FreePBX 17 + Asterisk 22

Update: Needed to configure the port to be a media gateway. endpoint is now registered.
