Admin UCP Cannot Save

FreePBX 14
EPM 14.0.2.97
UCP 14.0.2.7

Anyone else can reproduce this?

In endpoint manager > extension mapping UCP admin.
After making changes there’s 3 options: save, save and rebuild, save rebuild and update phone.

Only ‘save’ works, when trying the other two options you get this error and it does not save.

EDIT: I have this issue with Sangoma S500 did not try other models or other brands.
