Admin Access - Ring Group

When I assign an admin user to allow ring groups and then log in with that user name and I go to ring groups. I can add a ring group but can’t access the existing groups to modify.
I gave the user permission for all the options under application and that is still not enough to allow this user to change the existing ring group.

Any ideas?

Found the issue.
If you limit the user to an extension range you will loosed the ability to change ring groups.
I just needed to allow the full range of extensions and now it works just fine.
