Adding WAN interface to Live FreePBX System

I am just wondering what is the best way to go about adding another network card to be used with a direct WAN feed with its own public IP to a freepbx box.

Currently the freepbx box has one NIC that is on the same lan as the phones and uses the sonicwall to get to the internet.

It is easy

  1. Install and configure NIC.
  2. Change Asterisk SIP Settings to add internal and external IP addresses.
  3. Configure firewall.
