Adding phones in Endpoint Manager

How are additional phone models added to Endpoint Manager? I run FreePBX 15 and 16 across close to 100 sites. My organization uses Grandstream Phones. One of our model phones, the GXV-3380, is not an available model in Endpoint Manager. This does not restrict us from provisioning those phones, however I do see some possible base file conflicts since the 3380 is not listed. I have not had success researching how to add phone models to a brand in Endpoint Manager. Any help is appreciated.
