Adding New Grand stream phone not listed

I’m adding 3 new grand stream gxp1405’s to our PBX system, however, the model is not listed. How do I get this model on the list so it recognizes it?

You sure you are using the Commercial EPM and not the OSS one as we have full support for that phone in the Commercial EPM

The module is called PBX End Point Manager in module admin… Does that help?

No clue what that is. What version is it?

Ok well 2.9 has not been supported in a long time. I suggest getting upgrades to FreePBX 2.11
