Active Directory error on first try

I’ve got a situation that’s, for now, a minor inconvenience for me. I’ve got my FreePBX system configured to use Active Directory and everything seems to work as it should. It’s syncing groups, extensions, and AD info.

The issue I’m having is that when anyone attempts to log into the control panel or UCP, their first try always fails. The second and subsequent tries work fine. I’m trying to track down where to look to see what is causing this error. I can’t see anything on the AD side so far.

Has anyone experienced this, or can tell me what logs and/or debug settings to use?
