Yes, there is no requirement to activate. If you want to add any commercial modules you will need to activate for that.
Thanks - I see that some free modules are classified as Commercial, and require activation … I went ahead and did the Activation – expires 2030, so I guess all is good…
You will get access to sysadmin module once activated.
If your system is activated, no change for you and your system apart sysadmin module in activated mode. That’s all.
