Hi, I am trying to activate a new installation with my freepbx login, but it keeps giving me an “Account Error” message. Is there some disconnect between the Atlasian Confluence FreePBX portal and the authentication server? Thanks!

Are you using the same username and password as you use to login to portal.sangoma.com ?
