I purchased CRM 25 year license in november. I did a fresh install of FreePBX and activated it. Then updated. It bombed out.
I tried resetting the hardware key in my account, but my new install just wont pickup the CRM modules? I understand i only get to do it twice and i’ve done it once, so i dont want to hose it.
When you purchased it, you sure you assigned it to this PBX?
You don’t need to deactivate and re-activate in order it should pull the new modules.
All you need is click update activation, then you should see in the activation section all commercial modules you have a license for.
Sorry for the confusion. It is defiantly not this PBX. The PBX i put it on died after i updated it. How do i move it?
