Hello, I need help I have installed an Acronis cloud agent in my phone plant to make backups of both image and files, when I make the first copy I get the following error:
The backup failed because the Snap API kernel module for kernel ‘3.10.0-1127.19.1.el7.x86_64’ has not been loaded’.
I need to know if I can update the kernel or leave it like this.
At the moment I have the version of Free PBX 16.0.21.18
