This isn’t a top priority for us, but I’m trying to get FreePBX to interface with the ACD features of our T23G phones to show the user’s status, and allow them to log in/out of the queues with one button press. I would prefer this over just using DND, so that a user can leave the ACD to get some work done but still receive direct extension calls.
Thing is, the ACD line key on the T23G doesn’t allow entry of a feature code, and doesn’t do anything once setup. Are they simply incompatible?
