In all seriousness some of our school districts have been getting response from Dan/Daniel Bonham.
Hi - The tango email goes to the entire FreePBX accounts team plus other stakeholders from the OS realm. We recently changed this from the Sangoma house@ email address. That’s said, the phone number listed takes you directly to a ring all queue for the same group.
During some of the recent account team changes and account assignments, my name may have been listed, but only as we transitioned to the new Tango setup.

Yes- Dan’s focus here is K12 and .edu All new and existing K12/edu accounts go under Dan. If your account is not under his name, it’s accidental. There are so many accounts (tens of thousands) and I’m just a human running wild with Salesforce bulk assignment tools. I likely missed a few- my apologies, I’ll get that fixed up.
