Access Forbidden (Web GUI and SSH), rebooting fixes

Hey everyone,
Run into a strange new issue that I haven’t com across before.
A FreePBX instance seems to lock up randomly. Outbound calls still work fine, but inbound calls do not.
When I try to access the Web GUI, it gives me “Forbidden, You don’t have permission to access / on this server”.
If I try to access it via SSH via Putty, I just get a “Network error: Software caused connection to abort.”.
When I reboot the hardware, everything becomes accessible again and inbound calls starts working.
This is the second or third time that I have run into this.
Last time (2 weeks ago) I ensured all the OS and FreePBX modules were up to date.
I see some forum posts refencing similar issues, but a lot of them are 7+ years old and dont actually have a solution, or vary just slightly (ex. Web Gui not accessible but SSH is)
Wondering if anyone has seen something like this before

What version of FreePBX? It sounds like part of FreePBX/Asterisk/Linux is failing.
