We have 200+ DIDs all pointed to one queue in which Agents login to receive their calls. All is fine as we have far more Agents than normal call volume so there is no wait. BUT, along comes the virus and the inbound call volume spikes and now callers are on-hold for 1-5 minutes.
We would like to prioritize callers to a few DIDs ahead of other DIDs given they are in critical industries.
I’m not a developer and wanted to know if there is a way to prioritize DIDs from the FreePBX GUI?
Can anyone help me?
