Is there a way I can make a recording into an extension or some special dialing string?
I am looking to use the system as bascially an IVR assitance.
I have another SIP program and based on differnt errors, I want to be able to call out to the PBX and dial into an extension that will play a pre-recroded recording based on the type of erro the users has gotten.
I am able to make the re roding via the System Recroding page on the website under admin–> system recordings. But how do I access this file from a SIP client?
