Aastra 9112i and 9143i report No Service

I have a Aastra 9112i and 9143i connected to the PIAF. They both report No Service. The DHCP aspects seems to be fine. I believe I have followed the instructions in the PIAF W/O Tears and Aastra Admin Manuals but cannot get them to work.

Is there a comprehensive doc on setting up aastra phones ?

Are there any samples of Using Free PBX to set up Aastra?

Any help with this problem would be much appreciated.
