Hi All,
I’ve recently installed several Aastra 6731i desk phones and have added the MAC’s via the End Point Configuration Manager. For some reason the phones are not registering with the Asterisk server and not receiving their SIP account details.
I’ve tested a few things but still can’t figure this out:
- The SIP accounts are set up and i can register and use the SIP accounts with X-Lite.
- I can ping the Aastra 6731i phones via the asterisk server
- When i log on to the Aastra phones UI it does not have any of the SIP details.
Can anyone help or offer suggestions please as am stuck?
