I have configured the unpark function to be *221. I also configured the directory function to be *22. It works fine on soft phones. But on the Aastra 480i, i try to dial *221 but it immediately takes me to the directory. How do I make it that it waits to see if something follows after I input *22 on the Aastra phone. Pleae help.
Check your local dialplan on the Aastra.
