Hi,
I am wondering if someone knows how to test compliance with reaching 911 (Karry’s Law) without actually calling the local police emergency line and possibly getting fined for misuse.

Some carriers allow you to dial 933 for emergency address verification.
Address verification is for Ray Baum’s Act compliance. That’s what covers accurate and full dispatchable location data.
Kari’s Law requires pure 911 dialing (no prefixes or special routes). The 911 is sent straight to the PSAP with no manipulation of routing (i.e. send it to a conference bridge). Notifications are sent to a designated person or location containing details about the 911 call made. That PBX systems must support these features “out of the box”.
