I’ve tried creating null trunks using blacklists. Everytime I dail 9005551212 it dials my sip providers directory assistance.
Currently I’m running Trixbox 2.6.2.2 with a real verison of FreePBX 2.5.1

This has been covered in messages before. Look for outbound blacklist.
The simple trick is to create a broken trunk (SIP, AIX, etc) that does not connect to anything valid. Then create a route for those numbers you want to block, put it at the top of the routes and point to the broken trunk.
A call trace showing what you have done currently should show this out.
