*80 intercom not hanging up - 30 sec disconnect

FreePBX 15 with Mitel 6863i / 6867i phones
When dialing *80ext intercom the call does not disconnect on hangup
Intercom audio works fine, but call does not end on hangup until after 30sec

Well I rebooted the server and it is all working.
Not 100% where the issues was.
