50% of calls are going on echo test

Thank you but i left office and will gonna post it tomorrow.

unfortunately data file is too large to manually upload it on pastbin.

can I just disable this once and for all? We don’t need it and it also causing problems.

You can. But this will be a band-aid.

Can you post pictures of your outbound routes?
Also is there any data in etc/asterisk/extensions_custom.conf ?

Thats a 0kb file

Are there any other outbound routes?

Yesterday in on the log files it called through a Trunk called lulz.

Called SIP/lulz/442076329500

What’s lulz?

yeah well i wrote those stupid names (its easier for me to remember) .It from another server of our i used it for testing why its happening so i connected that server with freepbx to solve this problem but it didn’t change any thing .
so back for lulz it was somthing like User>freepbx>axonpbx>trunk
and for uk dilling it is something like User>freepbx>trunk
and surprisingly on that server it also have this (echo test) recording while the user on that server not facing that issue.
so what i come to conclusion its like this ,
User>freepbx>trunk (having issue of echo test)
User>freepbx>axon pbx>trunk (having issue of echo test)
User>axon pbx>trunk (no issue at all)
also everyone is using same voip provider.

So there is another outbound route on your PBX which connects to the other PBX, correct?
