2 returned call feature questions

hi, i have 2 feature questions about freepbx

  1. is it possible that if someone made an incoming call into a queue, and one of the agents picked up the call, talked to the caller, ended the call. now the the person calls again, is it possible for the q to direct the call to the same agent (if available of course)?
  2. similar. if an agent (or just an extension not related to any q) picks up the phone and makes an outgoing call to a destination, using the same main number all the users share, and that destination number did not answer. now that destination person calls back, is it possible for the call to be redirected to the person who was looking for him?
