2.10 update failed

There is an update to 2.10 in module admin, it seems to download and install but when I apply configs I get error.
Reload failed because retrieve_conf encountered an error: 255

I’m not sure how that ended up in there (looks like I did it though).

It’s been removed, you should remove it off of your system. It was never put into the 2.9 repo online (where it will go when we are ready for larger scale upgrading). If on 2.9, it is available from:

2.9 to 2.10 Version Upgrade Module
