I used to have IVRs that would go to a voicemail box (no-msg) but in 2.10 there isn’t an option for voicemail. Is this still possible?
There is an option for voicemail. Just make sure you have voicemail enabled for at least 1 extension or you won’t see the option for voicemail as a destination in the IVR.
