Hello,

I’ve recently deployed the latest firmware to our S700 phones and it’s changed the color of the time which displays above the logo. It used to be white text on a light grey background and was clearly visible from a distance. Now the text is black and the background is dark grey/black which makes viewing it very difficult if your not close enough to the display.

Is there a way to change this in the template or via the basefile?

I’m seeing the same here as well on our S700 phones.

I have created a support ticket for this and will update the thread after I get a response.

Support told me to change provisioning to HTTP in the template and “Then make Factory Reset.”

It didn’t work for me.

Fixed in latest firmware.
