Web interface down

“PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function setup_userman() in /var/www/html/admin/modules/cxpanel/functions.inc” is an error message in /var/log/httpd/error_log. I got this error after upgrading and enabling isymphony in the admin/modules section. The freepbx phone sytem still works.

Any ideas?

rm -Rf /var/www/html/admin/modules/cxpanel

Any resolution here? I’m having the same problem.
