I have an S700 with a button for visual voicemail which does correctly pull up the menu and list the voicemail but when I hit play I get a ‘failed to load xml file’ error. All the information is displayed just can’t play it. The extension is PJSIP, not sure if that makes a difference.
Open bug report at issues.freepbx.org this is going to be a pjsip issue which we do bot recommend using pjsip in production for FreePBX.
