Upgrade killed our FreePBX Server

This morning i processed the upgrade to the “Admin Module” and it killed Crashed our FreePBX server. Is anyone else currently having issues with the update?

Normally, just looking at the error messages yourself will tell you what the problem is, without needing to ask for explanation, but, if you can’t spot the problem, freel free to update here!
