We are currently running version 10.13.66-5 with asterisk 13. Whenever anyone logs into the UCP there is an error:
From “http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx” socket was false?
I have tried to google some assistance, as there was no thread with my issue, and the responses were unhelpful at best. As always any thoughts are appreciated.
Does anyone have any suggestions for the socket error on where I should look to resolve this problem as it is still persistent?
You have enabled the UCP Node server. But either you have the ports blocked for it or it’s not running.
The node was working prior to this issue. The only thing I can think is a restart was done a couple of weeks prior. Is there any reason that the ucpnode would have not automatically started upon boot? tm1000 You were correct as a “fwconsole start ucpnode” resolved the error.
