Hello, I’m having an issue where I put someone on hold. Then another call comes in and I put that call in the parking lot. When I go back and pick up the held call, the caller isn’t there and instead is now conferencing with the caller I left in park. How is that even happening and more importantly how do I prevent it?
Version of Asterisk, FreePBX.
