Issues with making outbound calls

I might be writing on wrong place but I am really desperate on help with my issue.
I set up freepbx on raspberry pi and use USB modem with chan_dongle. I did set up trunk and outbound route however I cannot make a call as it says busy. I have attached log from Asterisk. Many Thanks.
