HELP! accidentally set my network settings to my outside IP ADDRESS

Hello guys,

Listen i wasnt paying attention and i was in the sysadmin
under network settings not thinking where i was at I set to NONE
and then under my STATIC IP i put in my 70.166.xxx.xxx
MY external outside ip address and i had already submitted the change now i cant get
back into my system,
can someone tell me what directory tree and what file that info is saved in so i cant go
manually to the console and set it to my internal 192.168.1.199
