Grandstream Reboots

Hello,

EPM 2.11.0.1.97 and Grandstream GXV3240.

In the tftp root directory EPM writes a mac.cfg and cfgmac.cfg along with the grandstream directory with sub-directories for firmware, 0, 1, 2 etc.

The phone GUI has an option for upgrades and I manually set the Firmware path to the tftp subdirectory with the firmware contents and the config server path to the tftp root.

Firmware Server Path: /grandstream/1
Config Server Path:

After the phone boots and updates the firmware it starts rebooting every 10 seconds or so. The only way I get it to stop is by changing the Config Server Path to a different directory so it can’t find the mac.cfg.

Is there something I’m doing wrong here? I’ve tried different firmware versions with no change.

Thanks for any help,

Jason,

The reboot is most likely caused by a P value on your config file.

If you open a trouble ticket with us, will be more than happy to analyze it
