FreePBX Web GUI Console Not Accessable

Hi,

Have had PBX in a flash running for a number of months without issue. However in the past few days I’ve been unable to access the freepbx web console. I can ping the box, and even connect using putty, so the network config is fine. When I connect to the IP address in IE or FF, I just get ‘page cannot be displayed’.

I’ve tried stopping webmin then starting it using /etc/webmin/stop and /etc/webmin/start, and the console shows ‘stopping webmin server in /usr/libexec/webmin’ and ‘starting webmin server in /usr/libexec/webmin’.

I can access the webmin console on 192.168.0.1:9001, so the built in web server must be working, I just can’t access the FreePBX gui console on 192.168.0.1.

I’m not a linux guru, so beyond basic network config or without the GUI I’m stumped. Where should I start looking to see what the problem is?

Thanks

Ben

Do

/etc/init.d/httpd restart

and see if that helps.
